Welcome to Olympus Sunrise (olympussunrise.com). By entering the site and playing the game, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. We've kept the language as clear as we can.

1. You must be 18 or over

Olympus Sunriseis intended only for adults aged 18 years or older. By using the site you confirm you meet this age requirement. We ask you to confirm your age before you play, and we may prevent access if we believe this requirement isn't met.

2. It's free, and it's for fun

Olympus Sunrise is a free-to-play social game provided purely for entertainment. There is no charge to play and there never will be a requirement to pay to access the game.

3. No real money, no purchases, no prizes

• There are no deposits, withdrawals, purchases or payments of any kind.
• The points, coins, balances and rewards in the game are virtual. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged.
• Winning or accumulating virtual points does not entitle you to anything of real-world value.

4. This is not gambling

Olympus Sunrise is a social game, not a real-money gambling service. It is not a casino, betting platform, gambling operator or affiliate of any such service, and it does not facilitate gambling for money. The Greek-mythology reel is a game of entertainment only.

5. Browser storage

We aim to keep the site available and enjoyable, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, pause or withdraw the game or any feature at any time, and we may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Your use of the site is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (which we do not exclude), Olympus Sunrise and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Because the game is free and involves no real money, no financial loss can arise from play itself.
