This page explains how Olympus Sunrisehandles information when you use the site. We've built the game to need as little personal information as possible.

No accounts, no payment data

You don't register, log in or create a profile to play. Because the game is free and involves no real money, we never ask for and never collect payment or financial information — there are no deposits, withdrawals or purchases anywhere on the site.

What we keep in your browser

To make the game work, a few small items are stored locally in your own browser, on your device. These typically include:

• your confirmation that you are 18 or over (so we don't ask every visit);
• your choice on the storage notice (your preference about what we keep); and
• your game preferences, such as sound and display settings.

This information stays on your device, is not a personal profile, and is not sold or shared. You can clear it at any time — see our Cookies & storage page.

If you contact us

If you email us or use our contact form, you choose what to share. Our contact form opens your own email app, so your message is sent directly to us by email rather than being collected as you type. We use the details you send — such as your name, email address and message — only to reply to you and to help with your enquiry. We don't use them for marketing.

Analytics and advertising

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use analytics cookies unless and until we clearly say otherwise on this page and in our Cookies & storagenotice. If that ever changes, we'll update these pages and ask for your consent where required.

The game and third-party content

The browser-based game and its artwork are provided under the rights of their respective owners. The game runs in your browser; any settings it remembers are kept locally on your device in the same way described above.

Children

Olympus Sunrise is for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your choices and rights

You stay in control. You can decline non-essential storage on the storage notice, clear locally stored data through your browser, and contact us with any privacy question. If you're in Australia, you have rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) regarding any personal information we hold; because we hold so little, this usually relates only to messages you choose to send us.
